PIO WiFi – Portal Customizer
Customize your portal to your desired settings and design. Once you’re satisfied with the output. Save your changes and click DOWNLOAD CUSTOM PORTAL.
Go to Settings -> Authentication -> Portal -> Access Control and enable Pre-Authentication Access. Add piowifi.net and save. Please refer to screenshot below.
Please don’t forget to click APPLY.
We’ll also need to add IP Address 66.175.239.13. Please refer to screenshots below.
Once you have downloaded your custom portal. Go to Settings -> Authentication -> Portal. Edit your existing portal and select Import Customized Page.
Omada Server URL: this is the domain/ip address where you login to your Omada Controller. Ex: https://s4.portal.network.
Include the port if the URL has post. Ex: https://s4.portal.network:8043
Omada CID and Site ID: to get your Omada CID and Site ID, go to Hotspot Manager and print any unused voucher. The Omada CID and Site ID will be available in the URL. Please refer to the screenshots below.

After registration, go to Settings > Channels > Chat Widget and look for Direct Chat Link.
If you’re using phone, you’ll need to be in landscape mode to see the settings button.
Next is, you’ll need to add Tawk.to’s domain to Pre-Authentication Access.
Add these URLs.

Sign up for a free account: https://s2.klinternetservices.com/signup.
Verify your account and login. Once logged in, look for Voucher Store > Online Store V4.
Next step is to add KLICS/Gcash/Paymaya websites to Pre-Authentication, please refer to previous steps for the steps on how to add pre-authentication access.

Users before v.3 will need to reupload customized portal for the updates to work.
